Requirements:

• Desire to grow and learn about finish carpentry skills
• Skills specifically related to interior and exterior casework/trim work

Responsibilities: 

• Must be able to accurately measure, read and interpret design plans, cut and install casework/trim
• Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner and accommodate any unexpected obstacles
• Carry yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Must have strong time management skills and arrive to work and job sites on time
• Work well in group settings with other Capitol City team members or work crews
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles
• Leave project sites clean and free of debris
• Can perform physical work with no limitations or restrictions
